Academic Programs
All the curriculum are designed to impart knowledge, develop specialised skills and foster essential attitudes for the students to grow as competent and responsible managers. It emphasises the conceptual and analytical reasoning and gives the students an insight into the business world and its environment. Award of Gold Medal
After their arrival at the institute the students of the incoming batch go through a stream line induction and socialization process. This process involves interaction with faculty and senior students, through briefing sessions regarding programmes, their coverage and rigours. The mission of the institute and institutional values are also emphasized.
The student gets an exposure to out-lines of the first term, experimental learning about essentials of team work through management games and scope for extra and co-curricular activities and student forum activities. At the end of these events the freshers are well tuned to commence their studies.

The Institute arranges a number of seminars, workshop and special lectures. Every year it invites eminent experts to address the students.
